LPC, LCDC

Are worries, grief, or repeating patterns starting to take over your life? You may notice constant overthinking, emotional exhaustion, or uncertainty about what to do next. Therapy can offer a place to pause and reflect.

I use a person-centered approach and incorporate evidence-based methods such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to help you understand your thoughts, manage emotions, and change patterns that are no longer working.

In addition to my clinical work, I serve as an Advisory Committee Member and Mental Health Coordinator for Dar-us-Sakina, a Houston nonprofit that supports inclusion for individuals with disabilities in the Muslim community. I also lead therapeutic groups for adolescents and moms in various community spaces.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you do not have to do this alone. If you are ready to make changes, or simply need a place to begin, I look forward to meeting you soon!
