Norah Basyouni

LMSW

With over seven years of experience spanning therapy, trauma recovery, and educational leadership, I bring both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of human resilience. My background includes work with children, families, and adults across diverse settings—from schools and community programs to grief and trauma recovery services. Whether supporting families after loss or guiding students through emotional and academic challenges, I’m here to help you create change in your life.

My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy, all grounded in a person-centered and trauma-responsive care. I tailor each session to the unique needs of my clients, promoting insight and sustainable growth.

Fluent in English and Arabic, I am passionate about serving multicultural and underserved populations, including refugees and families navigating major life transitions. I view therapy as a partnership—one that honors your story, your culture, and your capacity to heal.
