Sara Ali

LPC-S, CCTP, NASM-CPT

I specialize in the intersection of mental health and physical wellness. I work with adolescents and adults seeking healing from stress, trauma, and grief while also strengthening daily functioning, routines, and overall well-being.

My approach is trauma-responsive and grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-focused modalities. I believe healing is not only cognitive and emotional, but physical and relational. When appropriate, I incorporate mind-body strategies such as movement, breathwork, and supportive behavioral routines to help regulate emotions, restore energy, and create a deeper sense of connection within yourself.

When requested, I thoughtfully integrate faith-based principles into the counseling process, honoring spiritual values as a meaningful source of resilience and hope.

If you are experiencing overwhelm, loss, relationship struggles, or difficulty maintaining healthy habits, we’ll work together to build personalized coping skills and sustainable life systems.

In addition to my clinical work, I supervise a team of therapy providers serving our Texas community. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your journey toward mental clarity, emotional balance, and whole-person wellness.
