Reaching out for help is often the hardest step. Many people who contact me feel overwhelmed, stuck in repeating patterns, or unsure how things became this difficult. You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, past trauma, relationship strain, or a major life change. Therapy offers a place to slow down and talk honestly.

Therapy with me is collaborative. We begin by helping you feel more stable day to day: improving sleep, managing thoughts, and reducing emotional overwhelm. As things become more manageable, we explore patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be contributing to your struggles. I move at a pace that feels safe, especially for those who have experienced trauma or who have not felt understood in past therapy.

My clinical experience includes assessment, treatment planning, crisis identification, and therapeutic support. I have worked with individuals in acute distress as well as those seeking personal growth and stronger coping skills. I have experience treating trauma, relationship concerns, anxiety, and depression.

I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR-informed and trauma-informed care, along with person-centered and solution-focused strategies. Sessions include both conversation and practical tools you can apply between appointments.

Many people begin therapy unsure what they need, only knowing something isn’t working anymore. You do not have to figure it out alone. We will work through it together.
