Nadia Kargbo, LPC

Life has its way of revealing truths about ourselves and our world, despite the lies we tell ourselves. It’s hard to acknowledge them and even harder to make appropriate changes. It’s easier to suppress, deflect, or remain oblivious to truths. In therapy, you’ll have a safe space to explore and process the thorns of life (disappointment, rejection, shame, guilt, abuse, etc.) and identify ways to constructively navigate through them. New thorns will form, but how you respond to them determines your quality of life. Life is immensely unpredictable, but like the weather, we can and will adjust to its changes, with the right tools.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic (use of various evidenced-based therapy modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and person-centered therapy) to meet your needs and preferences. I strive to provide a safe, nurturing, authentic, and non-judgmental space to help you overcome past and present struggles/challenges.

I assure you that I will put my best effort into helping you attain healing, empowerment, confidence, independence, growth, and maintenance. With your commitment and transparency, we’ll navigate through life’s complexities. So, choose YOU! Let’s embark on your healing journey together so you can start enjoying life’s fullness. Your new narrative awaits you!
