Christal Alexander, LPC, NCC

As a counselor, my mission is to empower others by helping them find their voice and supporting them on their journey to find freedom through therapy.

I place great value on the uniqueness of each client I serve. I understand that each one is the true expert of their own story and circumstances. I am originally from San Antonio. My cultural experience is rooted in being a BIPOC woman, and being immersed in Hispanic cultural experiences and enmeshed in military traditions. I confidently navigate through cultural contexts with the LGBTQ community, military families, various religious affiliations, and other marginalized minority groups.

I have worked extensively with various levels of trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression. I use an eclectic blend of person-centered and solution-focused modalities. In addition, I have been trained in EMDR, CBT, and DBT methods.

I am dedicated to providing a safe space for you to explore your goals, examine your emotions, and navigate your healing and growth. You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s work together on the journey ahead. The best is yet to come!
