Sara Ali, LPC

I have had the privilege to work with clients dealing with a variety of struggles like depression, anxiety,

relationship issues, domestic/sexual violence, trauma, grief, and loss. I work with children, adolescents, and adults through individual and group settings.

I utilize a combination of cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and psychoanalytic approaches. I believe people have the power to change, and I am merely a key to help provide clarity, process moments and offer guidance.
I help clients understand how thoughts and feelings can influence their choices, and identify emotional and behavioral challenges to establish goals that will lead to change. Through emotional healing and mindful choices, you can find meaning and power to rise and be your best!

Beyond therapy, I serve as an advisory council member for Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse and Olive Branch Muslim Family Services, a peer reviewer for the Journal of Muslim Mental Health, and a contributing author for The Family & Youth Institute and SEEMA, a mental health advocacy group. Helping you is my passion.
