Anna Schaffer

I have had the privilege of working with a diverse array of individuals, ranging from foreign spouses to refugees and those directly affected by the Ukrainian war. Additionally, I have provided invaluable support to service members and their cherished families, as well as individuals hailing from immigrant backgrounds.

My area of expertise lies in adult and couples counseling, with a heartfelt dedication to serving the elderly and those from immigrant backgrounds. With the unique advantage of being a multilingual counselor who has resided extensively in both Eastern and Western Europe, I am deeply committed to fostering a secure and welcoming environment while cultivating a strong and supportive therapeutic alliance.

My practice is finely attuned to the needs of those who have experienced immigrant trauma and the challenges faced by refugees. I am well-versed in addressing the unique mental health needs of individuals and their families, navigating grief, anxiety, coping skills, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, stress management, and trauma and PTSD.

Rest assured that my approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a passion for helping you navigate life’s challenges. If you’re seeking support and guidance on your journey toward healing and personal growth, you’ve come to the right place. Let’s work together to unlock your potential for a better you!
