“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” – Mary Oliver
Life is beautiful and joyous. It can also be unpredictable and painful. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental, collaborative alliance. I want to help you gain greater self-awareness and insight into your challenges. I can help you clarify your values and your options so you can make the best choices for you.
I am client-centered and solution-focused. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with interventions from other evidence-based models such as skills training, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing (MI).
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with EMDR training, my approach is trauma-informed. Coping and resilience are skills. They can be learned. I know that you are full of potential. You can grow and heal from anything that has happened to you.
Whether you need short-term support, help to manage your mental health, want to improve your relationships, or bring more complex, long-standing challenges, I would be honored to work with you.
You can live more authentically, and with more connection. Let’s work together to find your peace and purpose.
